A community artist, Kathryn has participated in many local events, a few art collectives and is the President of Art on Piper gallery -
For the 10th anniversary of Black Saturday, the memorial was illuminated, by public request.
The below publication is one of two doctoral papers which include the motivations and procedures, plus the consequent tourism attraction for the town.
A legacy component is the building (part of the W sculpture) which displays the history of the site from the mid 1800s.
